WE ARE LOOKING FOR A SECURITY EXPERT TO JOIN OUR AT&S TEAM 

The Security Expert will play a key role in our organization's security and compliance initiatives, ensuring adherence to applicable compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act), and other specific regulations. This role involves developing and implementing security processes and policies, ensuring operational tasks required for certification and ongoing compliance are carried out effectively and efficiently. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to uphold and improve our security posture. The candidate will report to the Chief Technology Officer. 

THE DAILY CHALLENGES OF A SECURITY EXPERT 

  • Compliance: Develop, implement, and maintain security policies and processes aligned with applicable compliance frameworks. 
  • Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor security controls and systems for compliance with applicable standards and regulations. Provide regular reports to management on security performance of our suppliers. 
  • Security Policies: Create, update, and enforce security policies and procedures to ensure data protection and compliance. 
  • Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments and identify potential threats, vulnerabilities, and security risks within the organization and suppliers. 
  • Documentation: Manage the documentation process for all security-related activities, including audits, incident reports, and compliance checks. 
  • Training & Awareness: Provide training and support to employees on security policies, best practices, and the importance of compliance with applicable standards. 
  • Incident Response: Maintain an incident response plan and assist with the management of security incidents. 
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously assess and improve the organization's security policies, processes, and controls to maintain certification and enhance the security posture. 
  • Collaboration: Work closely with IT, legal, and other teams to ensure all security measures are integrated across the organization. 

WITH THESE SKILLS AND MINDSET, YOU WILL THRIVE IN OUR TEAM 

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or a related field. 
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or other relevant security certifications are welcomed. 
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing security policies and processes for ISO 27001 compliance, preferably in the financial or payment industry. 
  • Strong knowledge of information security standards, frameworks, and best practices. 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. 
  • Familiarity with security monitoring tools and technologies.
